Built a Generative AI chatbot for healthcare Q&A using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Integrated HuggingFace LLMs with LangChain to handle user queries, perform semantic document retrieval, and generate relevant responses.
Breast Cancer Detection Using NGS Data
Designed genomics pipeline to detect BRCA1/BRCA2 mutations using NGS data and bioinformatics tools. Used SRA Toolkit, Bowtie2, Samtools, and BCFtools for variant calling. Published research paper at ICRTMD 2025.
Movie Genre Classification using CNN
Designed and trained CNN model to classify movie genres using poster images and metadata. Enhanced accuracy through data augmentation, dropout, and batch normalization techniques.
Customer Churn Prediction
Applied Decision Trees and SVM to predict churn from historical customer datasets. Conducted comprehensive feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning to optimize model performance.
